Here is where you focus on you. Scoop up at least 3 opportunities to engage in collaborative and contextual learning before the third quarter of every year. That means hands-on workshops, meaningful conversations, or group trainings in creative environments. You'll get out what you put in.

Fully optimized partnerships add tremendous value and should be central to the way we all work. No less than twice a year, collaborate with a colleague to elevate a project, event, or initiative. Community impact starts when we get in the trenches with one another.

Now it's time for industry-shaping moves that let them all know who has just entered the building. Annually, you will commit to 1 full-force action in implementing something a little bigger than yourself. The world is waiting.
